1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Johuniq provides software development services including web application development, mobile app development, SaaS engineering, product design, and ongoing maintenance. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or statement of work.

3. Project Proposals

Every engagement begins with a written proposal that outlines scope, milestones, timeline, and pricing. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Work begins only after the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received.

4. Payment Terms

• Project work: 50% upfront, 50% on completion (or milestone-based as defined in the proposal)
• Monthly retainers: Billed on the 1st of each month, due within 15 days
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all code, designs, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. You own everything from day one. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your written consent.

7. Revisions & Change Requests

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.

8. Project Timeline

We commit to the timelines defined in your proposal. Timelines may be adjusted if delays are caused by factors outside our control, including late client feedback, changed requirements, or third-party dependencies.

9. Warranty & Support

Premium engagements include 90 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and performance issues. Standard engagements include 30 days. Ongoing support is available via monthly retainer agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Johuniq's total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work product and pay for work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
